We want you to love your sweatshirt as much as you love those baby snuggles. But if something’s not right, here’s how we’ll help.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

We totally get that things can come up — baby growth spurts, unexpected sizing issues, or you changed your mind before wearing it. We’re flexible, mama!

To start a return or exchange:
Email us at cs@momafclub.com with your order number and what’s going on. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

⛔ What Can’t Be Returned?

• Items worn or washed
• Final sale or clearance items
• Returns past the 30-day window (unless it's our mistake — reach out anyway, we’re human)

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.).

So sorry! Please send us a photo to cs@momafclub.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it — fast.
